SCROLL DOWN FOR ALL YOUR VIDEO NEEDS

Award-winning • Creative • Savvy

We only work at the highest levels.
That’s why we want to work with you.

magnificent! was set up by two experienced BBC/ITV producers in 2002.

We’re small by design, and like to offer a bespoke service to companies and organisations needing high-quality video work, event-recording, livestreaming and event-organizing. There are very few production companies that have lasted this long, and that’s because clients in local and national government, charities, the arts, and beyond, value our creativity, flexibility, experience and cost-effectivemess.

Whether you need a film made to screen at a conference, 5 films made to screen at the conference and 3 films made about the conference, whether you want all that and the event’s AV elements produced on the day and livestreamed, we’re the ones to call.

Des has made full-length documentaries, at least 800 short films, music videos, filmed hundreds of conferences, livestreamed at least 100 events. He has used everything from motion graphics and green screen work to photography and sound design elements.

Have a look at his BIO page here for more information.

We work with some of the best freelancers in the country and can cover whatever needs doing.

PROJECTS & STRATEGY

If you are stuck on a project, our long experience in journalism politics, film-making, radio, and 25 years of working with the marketing teams of the BBC, national and local government, and the London Olympics means we can often suggest ways to clear any roadblocks.

TRAINING

We run bespoke training courses for teams looking to beef up their social media skills, make their own films, improve their memory skills, or enhance their creativity.

Covering all your video needs - film - live events - livestreaming - social media

We’re used to doing this

For four years, we livestreamed all the lectures and conferences at the British Academy - until they moved to a podcast model!
We livestream events regularly, hosting the TX on your internal website via YouTube.

Whatever the budget, we can help

Our client, the Angell Trio, were on a tight budget, but we agreed to make them a heavily stylised promo film. Des took 4 cameras and a small audio recording set up to The Place in King’s Cross and recorded the entire concert alone - and then edited and mixed it. Truly, a one-stop shop. From project management to asset creation.
